The body of a ladybird is round, often spotted and it is 1. 5 to 9 mm long. Most are shiny red, orange or yellow with black markings. When it is larvae, it has spindle-shaped body covered with spines, bright spots and bands. Both larvae and adults feed on aphids, scales, mealybugs and small insects.
Landscape with plants rich in pollen and nectar-producing flowers. Plant carrots, yarrow or another composite flower in the garden and allow to bloom.
Watering is necessary when transplanting, but be careful not to over water.
